Warzone players have recently had to compete with interference and cheat on PCs and now it seems like one of the applications intended to fight with fraud has created its own problems. Eurogamer was told by the developer of Companion Warzone that he would change the application only after people tried to abuse the anti-cheat feature of it for skill-based matchmaking rigs.
According to the research, this is a tool specifically designed to see cheating there in the lobby by showing a very leaned killing / death ratio or some other statistics. However, the player took it back from the match with a good player and even used for streaming Snipe (this means that targeting people who drain games on Twitch or other services). People are very basic in changing the way they play and make life more sad for gamers.
Now, the application update will show the kill / death ratio that is too appropriate after pre-match heating. And you will see the average ratio at the end of the match. However, some mid-match shows will show the relative value instead of absolute. Therefore, this is a change that will prevent you from cheating which also before the match starts. Isn’t this interesting? You will realize cheating before playing the game.
This will not overcome cheating. But it will describe the challenges of dealing with cheating and society can easily do this alone.
